Casual Job helps employers & employees manage shifts and rosters.
A. Employers can
1. create vacant shifts, invite casual employees to apply for these shifts, and manage the hiring process,
2. publish shifts to all users of the Casual Job app,
3. create rosters and share them with some or all of their employees, and
4. create payment reports and share them with their accountants.
B. Employees can
1. respond to notifications about vacant shifts and apply for them,
2. apply for publicly published vacant shifts,
3. receive and review rosters, and
4. create payment reports and share them with their accountants.
